Now, I know Mike Mohr works out hard. But I also know that Mike Mohr could eat 9 big macs in one food setting and get up and run 9 miles in one hour and be genetically ok! Me... I will stick to eating grass and then run my 9 miles :)
Started reading this book. New Rules of Lifting for Women. (recommended by the beautiful BBM) and can I tell you I have said every word that this author calls "dirty" to Beth in the last 2 weeks and not once has she said..."ah, ah, ah, don't say that." Here they are... bulky, toned, sculpting and shaping. Yep. I have said them all. I don't want to be bulky, I want to be toned, I want to look defined...etc etc allllll to Beth who again, recommended this book. So.. I am on page 7 and I got this book by UPS 45 mins ago. ANNNND I am already blogging. This is going to be good. :)
