Lacey is doing a lot better mentally/emotionally. Her school counselor is working wonders for her little self esteem. I am still looking for a child psychologist. None have called me back, but I am still looking. Daylen is so supportive of her. The other day she had trouble finding our elf of the shelf, Elphie, (Ph for Philly) and of course Daylen found him right away. She said quietly, I can' see him. He grabbed her hand and walked her to the way of the elf. Yes, I had a moment and he saw me and said, "MOOOOOM." I give some credit to myself for raising such a sweet little boy, but not all the credit can go to me. This little boy just has a big heart.

Oh Lisa....it breaks my heart....I feel your pain....Although Markie will be a lot slower in his loss, hearing him beg me not to leave him when he is in the dark....it is awful. Us mom's need to stick together to support one another. Kudos to your little guy. He will be her big protector...Thinking of you
